Also, on the ground floor there is a swimming pool and a covered terrace. The first floor is divided into two apartments, each of which has two bedrooms, a living room, a business room and a loggia. On the last floor of the villa there is a Penthouse apartment where you can feel all the luxury of a building. It consists of three spacious rooms with private bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, loggias, covered and unpaved terraces separated from the living room by a glass wall. Also, all apartments have a parking space and storage.
