Villa Verbena is located in Vrbnik, a small wine-growing town on the eastern side of the island of Krk, situated on a cliff that rises 50 meters above sea level and offers an incredible view.
Modern design but very functional and unobtrusive and perfectly matched with the environment. The house consists of three bedrooms, each with a glass wall and unobstructed views of the sea, as well as the common rooms: living rooms, kitchens and the associated business premises. The garden is protected from the view of a modern wall, which is also a very specific detail in the design of the same. Also, within the building there is a parking space and a swimming pool with a view of the sea and the neighboring coast.
